New River Access Bill to be filed
#30
Hopefully I read the right constitution cause I'm an idiot.

Section 1. [Inherent and inalienable rights.] All men have the inherent and inalienable right to enjoy and defend their lives and liberties; to acquire, possess and protect property; to worship according to the dictates of their consciences; to assemble peaceably, protest against wrongs, and petition for redress of grievances; to communicate freely their thoughts and opinions, being responsible for the abuse of that right.

Luckily for us criminals you guys are stuck asking us for permission for now, unless you've learned to walk on water. Oh and good luck trying to force the bad guys to do what you want, what's next, legal forced entry so you can get a drink of water from my tap, I mean I don't own it, wait I paid for it, and if I use to much I get charged more, but its free right? This is an outrage! Wait the water is yours, maybe you should pay my bill. I'm so Confused. And what about the canal companies, those crooks, they're taking water from our reservoirs and rivers and giving it to farmers and ranchers so they can grow crops and water their stock, we should get public crops and meat since our public water is being thrown around all willie nillie to these crazies with their "shares" or as I call them "water steeling tickets" so they can turn a profit, those no good buggers, I want public food, public access to where I please to go with my public water! Do something useful, figure out a bill for free gasoline, I'll be all in.
