i just received word that HB 68 has been withdrawn by its sponsor. The compromise bill will not be pursued at this time either, by agreement. (I have mixed feelings about that development) Thank you to USAC and all that helped in any way with this.
So now it's back to the courts. Judge Pullan will render his decision soon and Castnshoot and I will argue various legal details for a few more years [
] until the issue is fully adjudicated, probably by the Utah Supreme Court.
