I would think that there are still some good fish in there. I just didn't find anything, which is not new for me ice fishing. I tend to go on the good weather days, which turn out to be poor days for fish biting.
Even so the lake is really low, and I am wondering how the smaller fish are surviving. The north lake when it is low is a bowl without any areas to hide in. I am kind of hoping that there is enough water left in the south lake for them to survive and hide there in the sunken weed beds. If not then it is really going to hit some year classes hard. The larger fish are going to clean house!
