My father lives over by Twin Lakes and he said the canal company drained the south lake down to repair the dam they also dammed off the channel that connects them so the north had a low water level and the south was very low. The pelicans moved in on the south side a were there for about two weeks then they left. I am not sure how many fish are there however I know that the south was the best for me with Bass and Gills. This mid spring will tell the story however I am not optimistic. After the repair they removed the dam on the channel and I have seen a few groups on the ice.
