Ice fishing on Arrowrock??

well thats cool never been much of a perch fisherman before but they must make up for their size in taste because people sure go nuts for them i guess i am going to have to catch a couple this weekend and fry them up to see what i have been missing i am going up to cascade this weekend to fish tackle toms tourny but i planned on going for trout i bet there is open water now up at arrowrock that is fishable form the bank
