Both largemouth and smallmouth bass belong to this Order (as do walleye and perch) so one could probably safely assume that they both are physoclistous fish. However, the bladder inflation will vary between different species and may account for why you have seen it in largemouth bass but not in smallmouth bass.[/size][/#800000][/font]
