New to Lake Mead

I'm fairly new to Las vegas fishing. I am mostly experienced with deep sea as well as sport tuna fishing. I have been down to Lake Mead to shore fish off of 33 Hole a few times with very little luck. I would appreciate any tips on rigs and good lures/plastics to use.

I recently came upon a paddle boat so if anyone has good suggestions on the best dock to push off of as well as any good spots to try out I would greatly appreciate it.
