C.J. Strike is located on the Snake River southwest of Mountain Home, ID. This area includes four developed fee campgrounds owned and maintained by Idaho Power. All parks have restroom facilities or vault toilets; most have potable water. No electricity. Numerous boat launches provide access to the north and south sides of the reservoir. There is a 14-day stay limit at all parks and on all Company land with no reservations. ACCESS TO THE SPILLWAY is closed indefinitely for public safety concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, safety and facility security is our priority.
Fellas that's not sturgeon fishing, that's a redneck beer drinking recreation area, you wanna go sturgeon fishing send me a pm. My only complaint with the place is fish carcasses in the dumpster, it makes the place stink. Everyone needs to throw them in the river to feed the fish, Idaho Power has killed the food source for the Great White of the Snake. They are starving!
