I like to think we are a little more civilized than a goose or a coyote. Then again tgereare a lot of idiots out there so maybe I am giving the human race too much credit. There happen to be laws against people crapping in places like that. If. The dookie pile in question woild have been out in th e middle of nowhere it woild be a differant story but this was within a few hundred yards of a bathroom. Like I said let me catch you capping on tge ice and leaving it. See where it gets ya
