Help needed, ice fishing in the Boise area

Thanks for all your comments guys, he does not have a snowmobile or 4wheeler and wants to ice fish the local area, so from the sounds of it, Cascade would be the best to try, unless the temp continues to freeze the lakes or ponds closer. I'm not really familiar with most of those locations mentioned but I'm sure he is. Thanks again to everyone that responded.
