get at least a 100yrds into the main lake kokes like pink . if you dont have a flasher set your poles with one 3-12-16-20-25 feet down.when you get a hit stay with that pole and jig it .when you catch one get him off as fast as you can and get the jig back in the hole.dont rebait untill there gone.if you try to rebait or run from one pole to the other you might catch one by staying with one pole and jigging the kokes will some times swarm the hole and you can see them.sometimes when you catch the first one the school will follow it to the hole.If you fish to close to shore youll catch more trout and suckers.if you ask most of the people on the ice willl show and telll.the regulars are a pretty nic bunch hope this helps[]
