Thanks for putting this together im sure it will be fun. Im not for it because since they have held tournaments the fishing has changed. Ive caught some very big trout out of chesterfield. 6+ pound fish. Ive scene a few 12 pound fish come out. But I assure you this is not common. Common size is under 1.5 pounds. Like I said since contests have started in the past 5 years on the water fish quality has lowered. Due to so many people catching to keep for the contest they will catch a fish keep it then catch another that is bigger and throw the one that has been flopping around back.down the hole only.for it to die. Fish limit is 2 on chesterfield for a reason. And it isnt because there are so many fish. They stocked 50+ thousand fish this past year and they only expect 20 thousand to survive the stock. Not to mention all the fish that are killed from improper handling before release. I promise you this the fish and game will prove it but not because the dont see the bad a tournament does. But its all in fun. I wish every one who joins the best of luck. And if you catch a fish dont throw it back after its been flopping around for a few min. Because there is a very good chance it will just die.
