Hit Rockport in the morning for a few hours. The lake is capped and ice was about 2.5 - 3 inches. Not as thick as I would like but we fished it anyway.
There was a dusting of snow and was about 5 degrees when we got there and 11 when we left. With those conditions, it should be 5 inches by next weekend.
We caught 2 rainbows between the 3 of us and missed a bunch of bites. We didnt venture out very far but were at the boat launch.
