Let it Snow! Lower Provo 12/27/12

Decided to hit the lower Provo yesterday, took awhile to get to the river due to all the lousy winter drivers. Got on the water around 9:00 and cut first tracks to the water in about thigh deep snow. I started off hot and landed 5 quick ones and then it just died for me, my partner was getting the skunk.

Another buddy showed up around 11:00 and landed 3 quick ones, one came unbuttoned and another broke him off. It was snowy off and on but it was fairly warm all day, gloves were not needed.

Hot bugs were:

#18 Rainbow Warrior
#20 Brown Midge Pupae
#16 Yellow Glo-Bug
