Nice fish. The spoon your using works better for me with an orange strip down the middle. Old timers in Springfield swear by the Hammered Brass with the orange strip. I've caught a few nice ones on it too. Looks like a wooden bridge in the pic. Not enough info to give away the spot. I would probably choose to try and float the river there if I was to come down and fish it. Not sure if that's possible but if there isn't access I usually find a way. I've pulled canoes over fences and portaged around waterfalls in the name of Lunkers.

The fish Pic I saw was a Rainbow caught on a minnow. Pretty sure it was way down low towards Inkom. Would like to float it some time just to see whats in there.
