LOL. At the risk of hijacking this thread....I must say - I own a green rod that I call the "Big Green" I have always wanted one of Sages Bass Fly rods but could never could afford one at first. I bought one of ROSS' Fly Stik 7'11" 6wts. (Ha...it takes a WF 8 line to load it). It is my goto rod for chucking weighted buggers and clousers. I hate the light metallic green color but the rod is a performer. Later I bought Sage's Smallmouth rods and found it though prettier, I preferred the action of the Ross Fly Stik. So I do have a green rod. I would like to put a bright orange reel on it....you know, as long as I am going to fish with an ugly rod, I might as well make it far out too. lol
