I really enjoy my tube, especially after I decked it out to support my gear junky ways. Plus some of the waters, such as this one, don't allow anything else. It is nice and simple, and fits in my small car okay.
I'm actually surprised I didn't get into any perch that day. I usually get some hitting my jerkbaits when the water is cold. With the warm weather this week, I just might go for a reprise on Halloween.
If it actually gets cold this year, I just might take you up on the invite to give ice fishing a try again. I wouldn't mind making some tacos in the winter from fresh perch.
