Remember that the limit at the urban lakes is three fish, and that is "in possession." Technically, if you have any fish in your refrigerator that should be included in your limt.
However, that being said, I doubt Fish and Wildlife will check your refrig to see if you are in compliance.
Just don't mention to the game wardens you have more fish in the refrig/freeze.. [
