The Nano line casts GREAT and the distance you get with it is amazing. And it is smooth. I think since I generally fish cut sardines or anchovies the visibility may have been a problem since when I went back to fluorocarbon fishing picked back up. For any sort of casting/lure application I am sure that would be much less of an issue. And its a dream to chuck with. I left it on a spool so I can go back to it when needed to try it again on some. I think Fireline is also as white as the Nano line. I have not tried Fireline yet so not sure and obviously no ideas as to its visibility.
