I've seen the "Utard" reference used on another board and it is a disparaging term and offensve to those who suffer from this intellectual disability.
It's not cool to post that everyone who keeps a legal limit of fish comes from a certain state and therefore must have this disorder.
Pharticus has already identified my intellectual prowess so no need to call me a U-tard. I have been put in my place.
Of course, anyone who begins a thread titled "My hand Hurts" and then announces in the body of the post that he caught 70 fish, than later on posts a picture of him holding several "legal" limits, and then further down the thread, identify's the other parties who helped catch all the fish he was holding will always lead to many of the replies demonstrated in this thread.
