The also rarely use one of their best sources of help in this type of situation and that is the anglers themselves. From the majority of my experience and from what I have read when an area is cleaned up or taken care of it is often an effort that comes from an angling group like trout unlimited. It's unfortunate that they couldn't have some type of volunteer group or a way to request volunteers from the many outdoorsmen that use that reservoir because I can guarantee there would be several that would gladly donate their time to ensure that those fish are not wasted.
