Here is the catch the same "tube" that feeds twin lakes feeds condie when the creek drys up because the creek into condie drys up every year. And they have the inlet open at twin lakes. And have closed off the outlet because they were losing money due to lack of recreators. They drained condie to prove a point. This is not that dry of a year ive scene equally as dry a few times and im only 24. I remember a few winters with very very little snow pack. And dry summers. Just a bunch of greedy people is all it is. Condie is the only one that is about dry now. Winder is normal for this time of year foster is normal for this time of year all of them are at normal levels for the time of year. But not condie . And knowing the area as well as I do ill tell you there are 3 others station reservoirs next to condie that are private no public access there about the size of condie and 2 of them are pretty full they feed the same canal.
