I agree with the first point. but greg i'm sorry but i disagree with yours. We are in possible the hottest and possible the driest summer on record. Certanly in my lifetime. if you look at the outher resivors they are a on a constent flow. glendale-foster, johnson-lamont. They both have creeks that flow freely no matter the lvl. Twin lakes company gets its water from Mink creek. Which after it gets below a certain lvl the inflow is cut off. if you think this is a ploy go ask the farmers what water they are getting... I think its a joke to try to blame this on the fish and game or the canal company. we had little or no winter followed by scorching temps, I get my water from foster... and trust me there are plenty of farmers in my area who arnt getting there water as well.... Like was said above pray for water....
Sorry but i have to say it. but I dont like how the southerners complain about how these resivores drain there water but allow there rivers to go dry for farmers. Go to nible and try to find the river. then follow it up.... its all getting sprinkled.... sorry but i have lived down there... fix utah before your fix idaho....
