condie update 8/25/12

Well not much to be said other than within a weeks time it will be empty. They open the gate more while I was there and it was draining fast enough to watch the water level drop. So looks like this is the end of condie for a few years. Went by winder and twin lakes also. Winder is pretty dry not much water. Twin is real low unless you have a small boat good luck launching. Foster is low as well.
