Here is what I think, because they were denied the dam. They decided to take it out on the water way. Basicly they are draining them to prove a point. The funny thing is that big pipe line you see stretching clear accross the valley thats what feeds condie twin lakes treasurton and so on. All they have to do is open it up and let the water flow through. There just being a bunch of whining snob farmers, that didnt get there way so they are putting on a show trying to make it look like if the dam was there then this problem wouldnt have been created, here is the thing even if they were allowed the dam it wouldnt be finished tell 2014 so its not like it would have mattered for the year. Just a bunch of crying farmers taking there anger out on the sportsmen and the fish.
