Me and a buddy sturgeon fished a little below the dam with no hits but a few bass and a fan boat was ferrying rafters up and down and offered to show us the river and what rocks were around and give me a heads up on a few spots to fish and places my 12 ft boat may not be able to handle. After a quick tour we drifter the narrow spot of the river 1/2 mile down from the dam and had a bass every cast. Drifted it 4 times with a total of about 50 fish each in about an hour! Best SMB day of my life! Using the largest gold on gold spinner I had h and all the fish were 12 or over and fat!!!!
