The interesting thing here is that the conversation immediately went to a consideration of everything within a couple of hours from a particular location.

So, it wasn't just a location that people picked. It was a location, and everything within reasonable driving distance. I think that just goes to show how good we have it here. There's a handful of other states that might be able to say the same, but that is all.
