Top 3 Places To Live in Idaho for Anglers
#4
I have no opinion on N. Idaho because I haven't spent enough time there.

Trout
#1: Idaho Falls or Rexburg because it is between the N. Fork and S. Forks of the Snake river arguably two of the highest ranked trout rivers in the west. Plus the Teton is nearby and Island Park/Henrys are only an hour away.

#2: Preston, the diversity of the fishery in that area is incredible. You can fish a ton of small reservoirs for stocked trout or a few within an hour with trophy regulations + there are crappie, walleye, catfish, bluegill, largemouth and smallmouth bass nearby.

#3: Twin Falls, Not far to many great fisheries. Central southernly located for access to Magic/Sunvalley, Boise area fisheries, or even the American Falls area.
