Catfishing in the Magic Valley

I'm not much of one for calling up to talk to the fish and game. I don't feel I know enough about the subject to give a good argument. However I would love to have some more larger catfish in the Magic Valley. If a petition was put together I think that would be a great way to get a lot of people to share their voice. If someone wanted to get the petition started I'd certainly sign it.
