I think you hit that nail on the head. That being said, I did have a run in with an awful group of Utahns there once. They had a whole hefty sack of nice trout that they carried out. I would have called on them, but my cell was back in the car, and I was already out in my tube. I still regret not going and getting my phone though. I hate greedy pigs like that.
