As Pharticus said, "It's a one mile dirt road that descends to the reservoir. It is slightly rutted and would require some cautious navigation in a car, but nothing unnavigable. It's totally doable. When I went down it yesterday, I only saw one tiny wet spot about a foot square."
The road is fine, if it is dry, but if it rains, it is a slick clay mess that can be a real challenge to navigate. Also sometimes there are bottomless mud pits if the rain has been steady, or in the spring.
