You mean laws that prevent people from killing them?
I hope that's not the case. I read somewhere a while back some company is canning them and shipping them to Haiti. Apparently they taste just like some other fish that they've been eating down there. They say it's actually pretty good.
Just seems like there's so many invasive species nowadays...it's dizzying.
