The fishing started out slow, but picked up. There is not much open water, but if you can find open water there are some big fish. My boy hooked into a couple of nice ones he couldnt land. This was his first time with fish over 12".
We started with various leech patterns and then switched to pheasant tail nymphs. Even though we did not land any we hooked into a few and my boy now has the fever and wants to go out some more.
We are headed out somewhere this weekend. I will post later.
