I'm pretty sure this is a case of mistaken identity.
I think the res that allows skiing is the one by 21st in Ogden. It has a name like Holmes but they are not one in the same.
There is no way to launch a boat big enough to ski behind or even a PWC that could pull skiers at Holmes creek except a helicopter lifting it in and out.
But if some one were to try I would want to be there with a video camera, could be worth 10K on AFV.
