I really doubt if you will run into a boat check station between Ogden to Boise, I never have. With your 12' jon boat that's probably is sitting in the back of your pickup I really doubt you'll be pulled over unless your transporting some Killer Weed such as "Goats Eye" in that case send me a PM for directions to my house.
