A simple "thanks" goes a LONG way toward motivating a poster, really.
That video of Windriver's on Bluegill is a fine example of something a user took a lot of time and effort to put together and share. (Quality work there!)
But when you take the time to prep photos, put words down, videos together, get 500-1000 views and 2 or 3 responses, well - it's a bit disheartening. So I'm with ya WR - a simple "tip" is common courtesy. Think of it as a "like" on Facebook if that helps...
