I live in the boise/kuna area. I would be more than happy to cull through my fly tying stuff and donate some items to a new teenager wanting to learn.
There are many good people here on this page that share lots of information. I will be in and out this weekend doing errands and day trips, clear it with your dad and I will be more than happy to give you some fly tying stuff to help you get started.
We all had to learn at sometime how to tie....as stated in other posts, fly goddess is a great person with tons of knowledge.
