I could be wrong but I remember Scott telling me some years back that one of the ponds above BL had perch in it and I think cats, the pond got flooded because of high run off and that was how the perch got in BL, sound like that is how the cats got in there as well. I could be wrong on the cats, hopefully Scott will let us know, if that is the case.
