I also know of (through a friend) some guys that are big into predator hunting, i.e. coyote, mountain lion, bobcat, fox and other so-called fur-bearing mammals, and they actually make a few bucks selling the pelts. Mountain lion is an over-the-counter tag, so that may be something cool. I've also heard it's delicious.

I would love to get into some predator hunting here. I actually got a gun for just that purpose but have yet to figure out where I should go to use it. I have killed a mountain lion in my home state (WA). I wasn't hunting for it but its like an extra 10 bucks when you buy bear tags so I always got it just in case. Well my dad and I were out looking to bag a bear and he spotted a mountain lion about 80 yards away from us and I managed to drop it. I wouldn't say the meat was delicious but it was pretty good.
I just wish I knew where to go and what to look for to find good places to predator hunt. I don't really wanna burn a ton of gas driving around the state looking for a place to shoot some yotes or any other predators. I need to find people who have a little experience in the vegas area hunting predators, but I haven't had much luck... Oh well, I guess I got my $1200 gun for shooting at the range.
