That's great news. Too bad our real estate Governor didn't have the common sense to veto an illegal attempt at landowners trying to seize public waters in the first place. I sort of doubt it will get pushed to higher courts because the Utah Supreme Court ( and US Supreme Court) has always put a stop to this infringement of the rights of all Utahans and Americans in the past.
