Yeah on the plateau you will catch 7 or 8 brooks to every brown. The stream is only about 4 feet wide, but if you get the fly on the water you'll catch fish. Spinners will also work great. The browns are typically under the banks, so you wont see them until they strike.

As for minersville, you could probably catch a slot buster, but the odds are against you catching anything bigger than 21 inches.
