hm, interesting. with all the contention surrounding the stream access bill i assumed that most landowners would be unreceptive, i'll have to give it a shot.

my own brother-in-law just purchased a cabin in said community... i'm excited to check out that section of stream this summer. if you or any other respectable fly fisherman asks me for access while i'm up there this summer, i'll oblige haha.
