As one who also complains (me), you have to admit Idaho does, you can't argue with that now can you. As for the assinine, "If you don't like it leave" mentality, get over it. I live here, I work here, I pay Utah state income taxes every year, pay sales taxes to Utah, I vote, and am an American citizen. I'll complain all I want, because I have been paying for the right to complain since I was 14, when I started working part time and became a taxpayer.
And I'll still pay to fish at Strawberry, Scofield, etc. and give my hard earned money to a management company that isn't even headquartered in Utah. i'm not sure how much they keep but it's too much. And I'll also continue to pay at Utah State Parks the outrageous fees that are charged for day use.
