The Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution with ten amendments that contained a list of individual rights and liberties which the government cannot take away from its citizens. Seventeen more amendments have been added since then. I've read all 27 of them and I'm pretty sure there isn't one of them that say you have the right to access Federal property just because you pay taxes.[/#800000][/font]
