The CA incident also included shooting an undersized deer, a 4 point in a management area that was designated as "trophy", for which the 4 point did not qualify. On camera, then broadcast it.
That was his first conviction for poaching, this incident in Alaska is his second. He was hunting in Alaska because most every state in the lower 48 bans him from hunting or fishing in their state because of his convictions in anti poaching co-operative state.
