Salmon Run update

This is what we go through every year. All the "experts" throw their SWAG out there, set the seasons and limits, and then sit with fingers crossed that the actual runs is some what close to their guess. In the mean time, all the downriver interests get to thump on our fish, and IDFG gets to sell permits to all those whom put some faith in their expert opinion...
