yea it depends on what your doing..
I use to like my 7' skeete reese before valley girl broke it.
A bass that will break our state record ... mabye the worlds.
I have hooked her 5 times now and I'm a good bass man.
she has broke two poles and 5 lines.
I think it don't matter what gear you are using.
when you hook a fish that is 15lb or 19lb.
Everything you think you know about catching bass goes out the window.
It has for me 5 times in a row.
two pro rods broke..
14lb birkley tlinene broke..
keeps happening with this fish.
I hook her more than anyone else and she owned me over and over.
