What about the B of R approaching sportsmen's groups (Like the fish and game does) to help mitigate damage or other concerns to the area? It sounded like there isn't resources enough to study what's needed, to come to a definitive answer, and it will be closed until there is. (Cold day in hell)? You can see government "creep" in just about every aspect of our lives, and one day we'll look up and find that we live in the Socialist States of America, with a dictator telling us what we can do with "our"? country and our lives.
