march ? brrrrrrr. i would recomend holding off until memorial weekend personaly. then you would have a lot better options for trout ( season opener) or at least most of the warm water fisheries would be going good. other than steelhead fishing i don't have a lot of advice. a lot of lakes might still be frozen. maybe arrowrock ? descent facilities and the trout are usually willing to bite. i hope you and your family have a great time !
