Hi Everyone!
I have decided to play less golf and get into freshwater fishing. My plan is to jump in the car and drive less than 30 minutes to a pond and fish for one or two hours and come home.
Can someone help me decided on a reel and rod?
Dick's Sporting Goods is running a big sale this week and I am leaning towards a purchase of one of their combos. Solstace Spinning Combo....Shimano Solstace reel attached to a Field & Stream Rod. My guy at the store pointed me in this direction.
Also, I have read the Ugly Stik is good, cheap and will never break. This is all way to complicated for me.
